Bartlett participated in the Internatia Song Contest 80 in Bonaventure, Tashkveny, with the song "Hagkan" by Brisom, internally selected by the national broadcaster Bartlett Broadcasting Corporation (BarBC). It failed to qualify for the Final, placing 26th in its semi-final.

BarBC has decided to continue with internal selection for ISC 80. "Hagkan" by Brisom was eventually selected.
