During the ISC 41 final results show, GLTV and GrolSat announced they're going to ISC with Penislandian spokesperson Kendji Girac and his song "Cool". A+, back-then joint broadcaster of Tikata's, wasn't pleased with the decision, because it seemed that that's why they voted Arisa over Kendji in one of the Tikatan duel preselections back in the day.

GLTV & GrolSat agreed that since 2016, every Grolskiric region is supposed to choose an entry for a month specifically. However, only 11 of them exist, including outer sea islands. So to make more appropriate solution to everything, Molleener & Belle's separate parts will choose an entry separately, which makes up 12.
