The State Affairs Commission (Gandhari: ریاستی امور کے ریاستی, Riyāstī umūr kā kamition) is the seven-member executive commission that serves as the collective head of state and government of Gandhara. Together with the zamindar and the Council of Ministers, the State Affairs Commission forms the government.
