Lettuce will participate in the Outernatia Song Contest 8. Their entry will be selected through the national final Be Our Star, organised by the Lettucian broadcaster Lettuce Broadcasting Corporation (LBC).
Be Our Star
Be Our Star is a song contest that will serve as Lettuce's national final to select their entry for the Outernatia Song Contest 8. The Grand Final was held on 10 March 2015 in Hugo Chávez City.
Competing entries
The competition consisted of two semi-finals and a final. A total of 10 competing entries were divided into two semi-finals, with five compositions in each. From each semifinal, the songs that earned first, second and third place went directly to the final, while the bottom two songs in each semifinal were eliminated from the competition.[1]
Semi-final 1
The competing songs and artists were announced on 1 February 2015.[2] The qualifying songs were decided by 5 professional juries from different countries including Lettuce, Porielana, Gandhara, Dulcet Ebullience and Lost Islands.
