Gandhara entered the Internatia Second Chance Contest in the 23rd edition with the song "Appak Suyuu", performed by Yulia Rutskaya in the Kyrgyz language. Gandhara's debut entry won the contest, receiving 75 points. After this, Gandhara hosted the 24th edition, which they won with Safura's song "March On".
