Dysprosia internally selected their entry for the first Internatia Song Contest. 57 songs were sent in, with the chosen entry being "Nothing But Dreams" performed by New Zealander Tina Cross. The song won the 1979 South Pacific Song Contest, but was unable to replicate this success at Internatia Song Contest, where it finished 5th out of eight songs. DBC was criticised for not doing enough to promote the song across Internatia, a criticism which was taken into account with Saint Eva & Lepland's future entries.
