Mirabella
Mirabella is the capital of Victoria. It was created and named by ex-prime minister Grace Mirabella. She was in 1973 a former Vogue editor in chief, in partnership with Rupert Murdoch. In the 1960s was the first prime minister Diana Vreeland, editor-in-chief and personality of Vogue. She was named to the “International Best Dressed List Hall of Fame” in 1964.
