The Interim Government of Gandhara (Gandhari: گاندارا دی موقت حکومت, Gandhāra dī Movaqqat Hukūmat), was the first government established in Gandhara after the Gandhari Revolution. The government was headed by Ahmed Assiri and formed on 15 January 1957, the day that Emir Mohamed Mansur and his family left Gandhara, bringing an end to the revolution. Ahmed Assiri headed the government as Prime Minister and introduced a seven-member cabinet three days after its formation, on 18 January.
A new constitution was adopted by referendum on 4 October 1957. The constitution came into force on 13 November, and the interim government served as the country's government until the formation of the first parliament on 10 December 1957.
