The I Outernatia Cup of Nations will be the first edition of the Outernatia Cup of Nations, the football championship of Outernatia (OCAF). The tournament will be hosted by Gandhara.

Qualification

The qualification process involved two groups of five countries. The top team from each group qualified, as well as the second placed team. The third placed teams of both groups played against each other in a play-off on a home-and-away basis and the winner qualified as the fifth nation for the finals. The following six teams qualified for the final tournament:

On 5 November 2014, the OCAF Executive Committee announced that the two host cities of the I Outernatia Cup of Nations are Rhea and Manas.
