Manas (Arabic: آل ماناس, al-Mānas) is the most populous city and metropolitan area in Gandhara, and is located in the western part of the country on the shore of the Artemitic Sea. Known as Port Eden (Arabic: بور عدن; Spanish: Puerto Edén), the city was part of Lettuce until 1958, when the government of the First Lettucian Republic ceded Nasr to Gandhara as a result of the Treaty of Vola, that was signed by the governments of Gandhara and Lettuce.

The 2014 census recorded a population of 4,151,726 in the city of Manas and 5,023,954 in the metropolitan area. Manas is Gandhara's largest seaport and industrial center, because of its natural gas and oil pipelines. It is also an important tourist resort. Manas is considered the economic and business center of Gandhara, while the national political capital is Rhea.
