Bartlett participated in the Internatia Song Contest 90 in Stockhagen Helviklo, Dulcet Ebullience with the song "Cannonball" by Lea Michele, internally selected by the national broadcaster Bartlett Broadcasting Corporation (BarBC). They qualified for the Final, placing 11th.

Semi-Final
Bartlett was drawn to perform 23rd in the Second Semi-Final, between the songs from Aonach and Tashkveny. Despite placing 18th in the semi with 50 points, they qualified for the Final as they placed fourth with the International Juries, getting 48 points.
Final
Bartlett was drawn to perform 11th in the Final, between the songs from Levië and Territrius. They placed 11th with 115 points, their highest placing since their runner-up placement in their debut. Also, they got 12 points from Aonach and Kimmystan.
