Bartlett is expected to participate in the Outernatia Song Contest 64 in Gliwice, Polland, with the song "Down" by Jay Sean ft. Lil Wayne, selected by the national broadcaster Bartlett Broadcasting Corporation (BarBC).
BarBC organized another edition of Bartlett Assembly of Songs for International Competitions (BASIC) for ISC 88, where the eventual winner, "I Am" by Club Yoko, was sent to ISC 88 in Noxus. It was later revealed that the runner-up "Down" by Jay Sean ft. Lil Wayne will be sent to OSC 64 in Polland.
