Kimmystan will participate in the Outernatia Song Contest 17. Their entry was selected by the Kimmystani broadcaster KimmiTV (KTV) using the Kimmystan NF.
At Outernatia Song Contest 17
Kimmystan will be directly qualified to the Final of OSC 17 after winning the OSC 15 held in Victoria. Kimmystan performed as the 19th country in the Final and after an exciting voting process they ended up at the top of the scoreboard with 109 points. This was the 2nd time Kimmystan won the contest and the first time a country won on home soil.
Kimmystan NF5
Kimmystan NF5 will be a song contest that will serve as Kimmystan's national final to select their entry for the Outernatia Song Contest 17. The competition was held in Nordfjord and will be presented by Kim The Great.
The contestant for OSC 16 has reached an disagreement with the broadcaster and the winner of Kimmystan NF5 might represent Kimmystan in OSC 16. If that happens, the 2nd place of Kimmystan NF5 will represent Kimmystan in the 17th edition, while the 3rd place will represent Kimmystan in ISSC 24

All of the artists competing for this edition was personally selected. There will be 10 artists from different areas of Kimmystan, while only one of them will win.

At Outernatia
Kimmystan was drawn to perform as the 19th act of the evening, and at the end of an exciting voting process they finished at the top of the scoreboard with 109 points. Therefor Kimmystan won the contest for the 2nd time in only 3 editions, and became the first nation to win on home soil.
