It launched in December 2000 and is currently Lettuce's second-most-watched channel, second only to LBS 1, owned by Lettuce Broadcasting Service. KTV signal covers most of Lettuce and neighboring countries. It broadcasts from Konami and its available only in japanese, with subtitles available in spanish and lettucian languages.
