'''Circle Quest for the New Stars''' is the upcoming Riya-Sampetrinian national final series for OSC. In this national final, other OSC countries are able to suggest entries for Riya-Sampetrina and hope for them to go through to OSC for Riya-Sampetrina. It also serves as an all-around National Final with sometimes specific themes and entries selected by the host are competed.

The national final is being broadcasted on Radio-Televisi Riya-Sampetrina (RTRS).
