After several years of negotiation on when to hold it, GLTV and GrolSat finally held the first edition of Maylodifestivalen on the year 2021 for a May edition of Internatia Song Contest. Six songs competed and from them only one was crowned winner.

After several years of negotiation on when to hold it, GLTV and GrolSat finally held the first edition of Maylodifestivalen on the year 2021 for a May edition of Internatia Song Contest. Six songs competed and from them only one was crowned winner.
