Their entry will be selected through the national final ''[[M FEST]]'', organised by the Raingatian broadcaster Raingate Television (RGTV). The winner of M FEST and the act that representing Raingate in the Outernatia Song Contest 14 will be announced on 7 December 2015.

===Competing entries===
A total of 8 acts will compete in the entirety of the national final. The competing songs and artists competing in Round 1 were announced on 10 November 2015 and those in round Round 2 will be announced on 18 August 2015. The acts progressing to the Final Round from Round 1 will be announced on 18 August 2015 and those from Round 2 will be announced on 26 November 2015. As in the previous editions of M FEST, an act that did not qualify from Round 1 or 2 will be voted for by the Raingatian public and will compete in the final as a "wildcard" finalist.
