The Internatia Second Chance Contest 4 will be the fourth edition of Internatia Second Chance Contest. The contest will take place in Saimanabad, Sibinia, the winning nation of Internatia Second Chance Contest 3.
Location
TQS announced the southern Sibinian city of Saimanabad as ISCC 4's host city as soon as Sibinia's representatives Mecano won the third edition, held in Sunetti. Saimanabad is the capital of Sibinia's Northern Sijar Province and the fourth biggest city in the country in terms of population. It is a center of scientific research and heavy industry, and also has a huge significance to tourism due to its proximity to a number of leading ski resorts and to Internatia's highest peak in Internatia - Mount Azuga (9216 m). The event will be held on the city's biggest and most prominent stadium - the Alpine Allianz Arena.
