The Internatia Second Chance Contest 9 will be the ninth edition of Internatia Second Chance Contest. The contest will take place in Dilmoff, Tikata, the winning nation of Internatia Second Chance Contest 8.

On 16 March 2014, Dilmoff was chosen as host city of 9th Internatia Second Chance Contest. Dilmoff, second largest city of Morsa, and 18th largest city of Tikata. Dilmoff developed into a centre of science in Tikata from the 19th century. Today, there are three public colleges, the University of Dilmoff and more than 30 research institutes in the city.
