Internatia Song Contest 25 will mark the 25th anniversary of the contest. Pebbleland confirmed their participation shortly after the ISC 23 final had taken place. Plans for the entry to be selected via the Pebblesong Festival were initially announced, although shortly afterwards the PBC confirmed that the entry will in fact be internally selected.

The entry selected by PBC was "Children of the Sun" by Dead Can Dance, who represented DimkaRUS in ISC 16. They competed in the first semi-final, qualifying in 10th place and finishing 26th in the final.
