Winterhold is a province in northern Raingate. The region is characterised by its colder climate due to its low-lying land facing the harsh winds whipping down the mountains of High Rock Province in the south. Only the westernmost part of the province towards Whiterun becomes more mild. It is led by Emma Watson who is one of Raingate's most popular authors and women's rights supporter.
