The Rift is a province in eastern Raingate. It is Raingate's most sparsely populated and most eastern lying province. Being a long distance from any other major city and with both main roads cutting through mountains, valleys and rugged terrain, travelling to and from The Rift is considered to be tedious by many. It is led by Luisa Zissman who makes it her prerogative to ensure The Rift is pushed to the forefront of Raingate's priorities.
