Gandhari vehicle registration plates are license plates found on Gandhari vehicles.

Appearance

A Gandhari license plate with plate number "745N69-11", which in Arabic reads "11-69N745" from right to left.

The license plate is rectangular in shape and made of aluminium. On the left, there is a 4×10 cm blue stripe with the national flag and the country code "GAN". License plates for private vehicles have black characters on a white background. The white field in the middle contains the first part of the plate number, and the square on the right hand side contains the name of the Gandhari governorate where the car is registered in Arabic and the regional code. Every governorate has its own regional code. On all vehicles two plates have to be present, one in front and the other in rear, except on motorcycles and tractors.
