Whiterun is a province in central Raingate. The region is covered in characteristic pine forests and popularly described as being covered in a fine mist that makes it seem constantly Spring-like. Its leader is Thomas Daley who is very passionate about the people of Whiterun, having lived in the capital of Dragonsreach all his life.
