Kobayashi Television or KTV (Japanese: 小林テレビ) is a state TV station. It launched in December 2000 and is currently Lettuce's second-most-watched channel, second only to LBC1, owned by Lettuce Broadcasting Corporation. KTV signal covers most of Lettuce and neighboring countries. It broadcasts from Konami and its available only in japanese, with subtitles available in spanish and lettucian languages.
