The Internatia Song Contest 3 was the third monthly edition of Internatia Song Contest. The contest took place in Aquaticia, Territrius, following the country's win at the 1st Contest, forming the convention that the winning country of the InternatiaSong Contest hosts the second next contest. The event was held on Wednesday 13 October 2012. The winner was Sibinia with the song "Kuon no Kawa", performed by Alan Dawa Dolma.

23 countries participated. It was Sibinia's first win. Irlandia, Mukaltin, Randomia and Swelatie made their debut while the Dulcet Ebullience, Eriod, Volnytaria, Winterlune and Xhanostania did not enter the contest.
