Pebbleland's entry to the 27th Internatia Song Contest was selected internally and was announced on the 17th August. PBC internally selected Carl Espen with the song "Holding On", and was originally scheduled to compete in the 28th edition, but PBC swapped schedules with him and the winner of the ISC 27 Pebblesong Festival, who will compete in ISC 28 instead.
