The Outernatian Broadcasting Union (OBU) is an alliance of public service media entities, established on the 25 October 2014. As of 2014, the organisation comprises 9 Active Members in 7 countries, and 2 Associate Members from a further 2 territories. It is best known for producing the Waiting List Song Contest.
