Congratulations: 25 Editions of the Internatia Song Contest is a television programme organised by the Internatia Broadcasting Union (IBU) to commemorate the Internatia Song Contest's twenty-fifth anniversary and to determine the Contest's most popular entrant of its twenty-five editions.
