The United Isles of San Monique are located in the far west of Internatia, as a result of the nation being made up of islands and isles it is home to dozens of beaches proving extremely popular with tourists. San Monique's most eastern territory borders the Republic of Volnytaria, to the south west of the main island which is home to Londre the nations Capital are the Socialist Democratic Islands of Symphony; to the north across the San Moniquen channel is Number 7. San Monique's biggest exports are of course tourism and fruit; specifically the Tico Berry which San Monique is the only grower of; natural resources that San Monique has plenty of is gas with dozens of offshore gas production projects going on making it a global energy player.

MTV has announced recently news of the upcoming selection method for the 4th edition of the Internatia Song Contest, "It will be pretty much the same except for one major difference instead of one artist singing 5 songs there will be 5 artists each performing one song each, the voters will then give 12 to their favourite, 10 to their second, 8 to their third and 6 to their fourth and 4 to their least favourite...".
