Kimmystan participated in the Outernatia Song Contest 12 in Hugo Chávez City, Lettuce. Their entry was selected by the Kimmystani broadcaster KimmiTV (KTV).

Claire de Lune was internally selected and represented Kimmystan with the song "Skipping Stones" which became popular after being featured in a big soap opera in Kimmystan.

At Outernatia

Claire de Lune performed 13th in the running order, following Thorway and preceding Fierce. At the close of the voting "Skipping Stones" had received 94 points from 15 countries and the International Jury, placing Kimmystan 5th of 28 competing countries. This was the country's best placing in the contest so far.
