High Rock is a province in eastern Raingate. Much of the area is rocky and mountainous with soaring snowy mountains surrounding the north and west of its capital Riverstone, though the lower lying areas in the north towards Winterhold Province are comprised of forests and hills. It is led by Hillary Devey who is well known for her "no nonsense" approach to business and politics.
