Gandhara participated in the Outernatia Song Contest 1, marking its debut in the international contest.
Hiba Tawaji represented Gandhara at the contest in Wyverncliff, Alteus with the Arabic language song "Libertango". The artist and song were selected internally by broadcaster RTG.
At Outernatia
Hiba Tawaji performed 12th in the running order, following Lettuce and preceding Dalmadria. At the close of the voting "Libertango" had received 57 points from 9 countries and the International Jury, placing Gandhara 10th of 13 competing countries.
