Before ISC

Grolskira hosted a mini national final to determine their ISC 49 entry. Originally it consisted of 3 songs but one of them, "Speeding Cars" by Walking on Cars, ended up being sent by Hanzyuki to the exact same edition, and even won ISC for them.
