A Sharikat Tadamun (Arabic: شركة تضامن) is a Gandhari business entity, in which the company's individual owners are jointly liable, in all their entire funds, for the company’s debts. It is similar to a general partnership.

The partnership is created by an agreement between two or more natural persons or juridical persons, or a combination of natural and juridical persons, to jointly conduct business in a partnership. Also a partnership can be a partner in a Sharikat Tadamun. The agreement should be in writing and decides on the division of labour, how profits or losses are to be distributed, and what happens if a partner wants to leave the partnership. Within thirty days of the formation, the partners must publish a summary of the contract in a nationally distributed daily newspaper. In addition, they must register the partnership in the Commercial Register in accordance with the provisions of the Gandhari Law of Commercial Registration.

No starting capital is required, the partners agree in the partnership agreement how much they invest. The partners are personally liable, jointly and severally, for all legal actions and debts of the company.

The company's name must consist of the name of one or more of the partners, combined with the words "Sharikat Tadamun".
