The Internatia Song Contest –1 13 was the 13th edition of Internatia Song Contest –1 , a spinoff of Internatia Song Contest dedicated to retro songs. The contest was organized in Mensa by the local broadcaster Men̈́saTV for the second time, thanks to the victory of Sumio Shiratori and the song "Muumin Tani Fuyu" which won Internatia Song Contest –1 12 held in Tashkveny.
