There were five quarter-finals, four of which had eight entries and one which had nine entries. The top two from each quarter-final went to the semi-final, competing for five spots in the final. The top five songs from the semi-final particpated in the final against the previous edition's finalists, and the winnner went on to represent Saint Eva & Lepland at ISCC.
