Bartlett is expected to participate in the Outernatia Song Contest 59 in New Lev, Levië, with the song "My Heart" by Christopher, internally selected by the national broadcaster Bartlett Broadcasting Corporation (BarBC).
BarBC has organized its first Bartlett Assembly of Songs for International Competitions (BASIC) dedicated to Internatia Song Contest, where the eventual winner, "Blue Sapphire" by Hiroomi Tosaka, will be sent to ISC 83 in Lacrea. It was later revealed that the fourth-placed "My Heart" by Christopher will be sent to OSC 59 in Levië.
