Voting system	Each country's 10 favourite songs are awarded 12, 10, then 8 through to 1 points based on the votes of the population of each country. All participating countries in the semi-finals and final will have the right to cast points in the final.

The Internatia Song Contest 136 is the 136th monthly edition of Internatia Song Contest. The contest is held in Bresten, Daǔlska; all thanks to their first win as Daǔlska in the 134th edition with Troye Sivan and the song "Rush".

Slogan and venue

Mountains are a symbol of our country. The mountains are our protection, our home. As they say in Daǔlska: "It doesn't matter who is waiting for you at the top of the mountain. It is important who helps you to climb!" At the top we find freedom, we feel an indescribable freshness. Every breath gets stronger, every sound gets louder.

The newly built futuristic Spiral Arena will be able to accommodate 27,000 fans. An event such as ISC will be the first event to be held in the arena. Each fan will be able to choose how to spend time during the festival to their liking. Visit the museum of the competition, specially arranged according to the archives of previous editions, go to the cinemas to watch the previous editions of the competition, dine at restaurants, taste the national dishes of Daǔlska or go shopping. ISC CLUB will be glad to everyone who wants to spend time dancing to the songs that we have already heard on ISC. ISC CLUB is a place for fans to get to know each other and have a great time!

Pots

All of the participating countries were split into five pots, based on the voting history of those countries in previous editions. From these pots, half (or as close to half as was possible) competed in the first semi-final. The other half in that particular pot competed in the second semi-final.

The host nation Daǔlska (Pot 3) was exempt from the semifinal draw.
