The War of Colinestria is an ongoing military conflict that broke out on 12 November 2013 on the island Carbalia between pro-Colinestria forces, supported by the Democratic People's Republic of Jindalea, and San Remo. Delegations of the San Reman and the Colinestrian government agreed on a ceasefire on 20 December 2013.^[1] The ceasefire lasted for almost 8 months, but fighting continued on 6 August 2014 between police services and armed forces of San Remo and several militias from Colinestria and armed forces from DPR Jindalea.^[2]
