Bartlett is expected to participate in the Outernatia Song Contest 42 in Alteus with the song "Say It To My Face" by Maty Noyes, selected internally by the national broadcaster Bartlett Broadcasting Corporation (BarBC).
Internal Selection
BarBC has decided on internally selecting "Say It To My Face" as a "gift" to the song being sidelined for two editions, and the broadcaster not being able to provide funds for a national final.
