The Outernatia Song Contest 83 is the 83rd edition of the Outernatia Song Contest. The contest will take place in Alatar, Asankon, after their victory in the 81st edition with the song "Vuurwerk" by Camille.
Originally ARTVC were going to use this theme for Outernatia Song Contest 77 before its ownership was taken over by 
Grolskira due to some mid-preparation problems.
