Kaledonii made its debut participation in the Internatia Song Contest 11 held in Amor, Marvelia. As the decision to participate in the contest came right before the submission deadline for the contest, an internal selection was organized by the national broadcaster, Radio Television Kaledonii (RTK). The selected participant, Eva & the Heartmaker, went on to sing their hit single, "Traces of You", in Marvelia, qualifying to the final and placing fifth.
