Kimmystan will complete in the Outernatia Song Contest 21. On 18 February 2016 KimmITV announced that they will arrange a 6th edition of their selection Kimmystan NF which will be hosted in Fettevika for the first time ever. All previous editions has been hosted in the capital city of Nordfjord. The winner of the NF will represent Kimmystan in the Outernatia Song Contest 21.
Unity Fest 3
Unity Fest 3 will be the 3rd edition of Unity Fest and it will be hosted in Victoria. This edition will suit as a national final to select the Kimmystanian entry for the Outernatia Song Contest 23.
The Entries
There will be 4 countries competing in this edition; previous entrants Frostfall, Kimmystan and Raingate, and debuting nation Raingate will compete for the first time. Gandhara and The Land Of Jhe Freeh will take a break.

The Scoreboard
The participating countries will award 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 and 2 points to their top 6 (they can not vote for their own songs), while the other voting countries will vote for their top 8 by using the following points: 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 3, 2 and 1 point. All nations of both Outernatia and Internatia are welcome to vote in this festival.

Kimmystan will be represented by their winner of Unity Fest 3 for the 23rd edition of OSC held in TBA. They will compete in one of the two Semi Finals.
