A Sharikat Tadamun (Arabic: شركة تضامن) is a Gandhari legal form, in which the company's individual owners are jointly liable, in all their entire funds, for the company’s debts. It is similar to a general partnership.

The partnership is created by an agreement between two or more natural persons or juridical persons, or a combination of natural and juridical persons, to jointly conduct business in a partnership. Even a partnership can be a partner in a Sharikat Tadamun. Within thirty days of the formation, the partners must publish a summary of the contract in a nationally distributed daily newspaper. In addition, they must register the partnership in the Commercial Register in accordance with the provisions of the Gandhari Law of Commercial Registration.

The company's name must consist of the name of one or more of the partners, combined with the words "Sharikat Tadamun".
