The Gandhara national football team represents Gandhara in association football and is governed by the Gandhari Football Association (GFA), the governing body for football in Gandhara.
History
Gandhara was automatically qualified for the first Outernatia Cup of Nations, as they were the host country. During the tournament, in which six teams participated, Gandhara reached the semi-final after a 2–2 draw with Alma Livre (the first-ever Outernatia Cup of Nations match) and a 1–0 victory over Lettuce. The semi-final match against Almarania remained without a goal, despite many chances for both sides, and extra time was needed. During the second half of the extra time, Almarania scored twice within three minutes, and a late 118 minute-goal from Al-Shahrani put the score at 2–1 for Almarania. Gandhara became third after they beat Roseau 2–1.
