Route A3 (Spanish: Autopista A3) is a freeway in Lettuce. The road connects Hugo Chávez City with the Raingatian border. The entire freeway is part of Outernatian Highway 1 and it is planned to be a part of the future Pan-Outernatian Highway.

The freeway consists of two multi-lane roadways, separated by a median. It has shoulders on the right side of both roadways. The general maximum speed limit is 100 km/h (62 mph).
