Congratulations: 75 Editions of the Internatia Song Contest is a television programme organised by the Internatia Broadcasting Union (IBU) to commemorate the Internatia Song Contest's seventy-fifth anniversary and to determine the Contest's most popular entrant of its 75 editions. The host and format of contest, as well as participating countries were already announced.

75 editons, how time flies. Dulcet Ebullience has it's own unique history and experience in Internatia Song Contest, as we have come and gone throughout. I've had my highs, I've had my lows, But no matter, the nation always found our way back to this contest. As a sign of good will, Dulcet Ebullience Broadcasting Corporation (DEBC), the bidding broadcaster, which has hosted ISC 40 as well, as the last 3 editions of ISCC, wishes to present it's candidature. There's no denying that Internatia has had it's fair share of trials and tribulations. With every success, there is always an inevitable aftermath. With 55+ nations, it's an inevitability not everyone will see eye-to-eye. I just feel it's important that we remember that we are alive in this world. Life is not worth harboring resentment and anger. You not need these emotions when you can find solace other things make you happy and we need to learn to live as one.

The theme for the edition will be Disguised which is inspired by the line in our winning entry Devil (you can call me the devil in disguise). Are you guys an angel or a devil in disguise? Where do you belong? ISC Heaven or ISC Hell? Are you good or bad! Each country will get the opportunity too choose if they want to be an angel or a devil, which will be used in the icons that during the show. Each country will get either an angel icon or a devil icon

For far too long, Internatia has been slipping into the abyss. Our world is in serious trouble. Great songs are not qualifying anymore, and great countries are being left by the wayside. We don't win at anything anymore. We have become lazy, coasting on past success. Outernatia laughs at us. They have great winners, they have the drive and beat us in everything. We were the originals, and now everybody thinks we're complete losers. We have nothing to show anymore for how great we truly are, and it's time that changed. It's time to go back to our roots, and what made us great in the first place. It's time for Internatia to return to Kosmallán with their best songs. Together we can reverse this downhill slide and Make ISC Great Again!

Celebrating 75 successful (depending on who you ask) editions, the Internatia Song Contest is fast approaching its diamond anniversary, and it’s only fitting that Tashkveny bids to host the third edition of Congratulations. Tashkveny has a varied history in the Internatia Song Contest and the Tashken Broadcasting Corporation (TBC), the bidding broadcaster, has successfully hosted 5 televised Internatian events and has assisted in the production of others. In celebrating the diamond anniversary of our great contest, Tashkveny is looking for every participating nation to #ShineBright (like a diamond). We understand that submitted entries may not have been as successful upon first submission, but we hope they #ShineBright in Congratulations 75.

Valdron's history in both Internatia and the IBU has been turbulent. From one quasi-serious tsunami tarnishing the nation's reputation forever to a series of bureaucratic mishaps, the national broadcaster TCSV is ready to show the world that our tranquil and treasured nation is finally ready to make its grand, successful contribution to a contest that has helped define a whole country's music scene and culture. Birds are viewed as precious in Valdron. Their physical elegance and group mentality are admired by the Valdronian public - if a flock of birds were to fly above a busy street, the whole street would stop and watch as the birds fly in an intricate and almost show-like manner. Seagulls, as in the logo, are typically viewed as vermin in other countries although they are treated with care in Valdron. A few members of the Valdronian public were asked to determine links between a flock of birds and the Internatia Song Contest. Below are just a few words that were commonly highlighted:

Vote
The vote to elect the host country of the Congratulations Contest occured from 19 to 26 july 2018 (first round) and from 27 july to 2 august 2018 (second round).
All countries having taken part in ISC or are in the WL could vote. Bidders were allowed to vote but for the joint-bids, but only the first vote was taken.
The vote for the first round was: 8 - 6 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 and 0 points The two bids which have received the more points were selected for the second round.
