Freeway 3 (Arabic: طريق سريع ٣) is a freeway in Gandhara. The road connects the city of Rhea with Kazmi and the Nuran Sea coast. At a total length of approximately 920 km (572 mi) it is the longest freeway of Gandhara. On its way, it crosses seven Gandhari governorates: Sadat, Dimashqi, Kirmani, Haydar, Balochistan, Abyad, and Bazegha.

The freeway consists of two multi-lane roadways, separated by a median. It has shoulders on the right side of both roadways. In general, the freeway consists of two three-lane roadways with a maximum speed limit of 120 km/h (75 mph), but in mountainous areas the road consists of two two-lane roadways with a speed limit of 100 km/h (62 mph).
