The Internatia Second Chance Contest 12 will be the twelve edition of Internatia Second Chance Contest.
After Leplandian victory in ISCC 9 with a song "Heaven" by Gregorian and Amelia Brightman, it was decided that Saint Eva & Lepland will host ISCC 12. Woodchester was selected as a host city.
Seventeen countries confirmed their participation.[1] However, only 16 countries ended up participating, as Amsteris failed to send an entry.
Location
Woodchester is the capital and largest city in Saint Eva & Lepland. It is located on the western coast of Lepland, near the Dysprosian Strait. The host venue was chosen to be the Royal Concert Hall, one of the oldest buildings in Woodchester.
